  • How quickly can you get my website live?

    I generally advise a guide-time of up to 4 weeks, but this can vary. I understand the urgency of getting your business online quickly, so if you have a specific timescale in mind then this can be discussed.

  • Do I need to provide content, or will you write it for me?

    I provide a full copywriting service as part of the package, which will be based on information you provide during our consultation. If you already have some content I’m happy to optimise it for the web for you.

  • Can I make changes to the website after it’s launched?

    Absolutely. You will have access to the editor and I can provide guides on how to make basic updates yourself. Don’t forget that one hour of changes per month is included in your Website Care Package.

  • What happens after the first 12 months?

    After the initial 12 months, you will need to purchase a new Website Care plan to keep the website live. For more information and up to date pricing, please see the Website Care page.

  • Can I move my website to another hosting provider?

    The website is built into a self-contained platform. It may be possible to move the website to another hosting company that uses the same platform. 

  • Who owns the website content?

    Ownership of the content is passed to yourself once the website has been published. Some content, such as images, may be subject to third-party licensing terms.

  • Do you provide a logo design service?

    Not at this time, but please talk to me and I will see what I can do to help or advise.

  • What if I need to expand the website or add features later?

    You will have editor access to expand your website yourself, or you can request expansion work to be completed for an additional fee depending on the nature of the changes required.

  • Do I need to buy a new domain name?

    If you already own a domain name then this can be connected to the new website. If you do not have a domain name yet, or if you would like to change your domain name, then I can supply one for an additional fee.

  • Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

    Before you make payment a website propasal will be drawn up for you to agree to, and as soon as payment has been made work will begin on the new website. 


    There is no early cancellation fee, but there are also no refunds in most cases. Please see the terms & conditions for more detail.

  • Do you provide website analytics and performance reports?

    Basic visitor statistics are available. If you would like more advanced monitoring then I can assist you with integrating third-party services such as Google Analytics.

  • Can you help with setting up business email addresses?

    I don’t currently provide email services or support, but you are free to set these up with a different provider. If you have any questions about how this would work please do ask.
